Of course you want a distraction from the techie mumbo-jumbo, so you follow the links and end up reading a great sales letter that promises buckets of money for clicking a button...

Yeh, you just laid out more cash. You've got a huge selection of info, but because you're overloaded and nothing ties them all together, the stupidest distraction will seem so important and stop you in your tracks. Result: Procrastination.

Now don't be embarrassed if you recognise the above, how do you think I know. Yeh you guessed it, that was me, not so long ago. But one thing I'll say about myself, I'm determined and the more BS I get thrown at me, the more I want to succeed.

Forgive me, I've just realised I've been ranting on and not introduced myself, so...

Let Me Introduce Myself...

My name's Charlie Williams and I live in Mid Wales U.K.. For the last 20 years or so, I was a Project Manager working for a company that designed, built and installed automated production lines, using robots and logic controllers, mainly in the Car industry.

We started out as a local firm and I enjoyed working all over the world for the major car companies. But as happens in today's world, we got bought by first an American company who then got bought by an Italian company. Suddenly we were the Global Leaders and us hard workers became numbers on some big boss's spreadsheet.

Now I'm not complaining I got to see the world, lived in posh hotels and got paid handsomely, but the hours got longer, the trips home got less, basically I was losing one of the most important things we all possess: TIME.

So, How Did I Stop The Vicious Circle Of Procrastination?

After being swooped on by a few Internet Vultures, I decided to search out successful Internet Marketers, who were walking the walk. And guess what, I was delighted to discover some genuine honest people, who were more than willing to chat about... how they started.. the mistakes they'd made... the proven ways to marketing on the internet... how important your list is etc.

Now some cynics may say, these guys just like to brag, but what I've found is, there are some really great marketers out there, and they understand how vast the Internet is. They've been lucky to discover a utopian lifestyle that could be shared with other like minded people - without having it affect their businesses at all. So they don't mind - in fact a lot enjoy, being able to 'pass it on'.

Some gave me the chance to Joint Venture some of my products (where they promote my products to their list, then we split the profits 50% -50%) and my wings grew, the profits came in and my confidence soared. You could achieve that same feeling of satisfaction.

And the biggest Tip I can give you, it's dead easy to follow.

Plan the jobs you want to achieve each day, by setting yourself a daily 'To-Do list'. Don't stretch yourself, leave some time for chilling out. When an email or other distraction arrives, don't go chasing it, if it appears to be important just take a note and add it to tomorrows list.

You'll be amazed with the results, because your plans will start to take shape and you'll feel less frustrated.

Now being the sort of person, who agrees with the 'pass-it-on' theory, I always like to help out my customers, after all where would I be without them?
